We are looking for an organised and experienced Assistant Accounts Manager to support the Accounts Manager in leading the team, overseeing client portfolios, and ensuring high-quality, compliant financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities

Assist the Accounts Manager in supervising and guiding accountants and accounts executives.

Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, tax computations, and other statutory reports.

Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and IRAS requirements.

Review work prepared by team members for accuracy and completeness.

Advise clients on accounting, tax, and compliance matters.

Support process improvement initiatives to enhance departmental efficiency.

Provide training and mentorship to junior staff.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth client service delivery.
Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; ACCA/CPA qualification preferred.

4–6 years’ accounting experience, with some supervisory experience preferred.

Good knowledge of SFRS, corporate taxation, and regulatory compliance.

Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Experience in a professional services or corporate services firm is an advantage.
