We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Back-End Developer to build, maintain, and optimise server-side applications, databases, and integrations that power our internal systems and client websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain server-side logic, APIs, and databases.

• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with back-end systems.

• Ensure applications are secure, scalable, and high-performing.

• Manage data storage solutions and implement best practices for database optimisation.

• Troubleshoot and debug back-end issues, implementing fixes promptly.

• Maintain documentation for code, APIs, and systems.

• Stay up to date with emerging back-end technologies, frameworks, and security practices.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 2–3 years’ experience in back-end development.

• Proficiency in server-side languages like PHP, Python, or Node.js, and frameworks such as Laravel, Django, or Express.

• Strong understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar).

• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git).

• Knowledge of security principles and data protection best practices.

• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
