Choosing an incorporation service in Singapore isn't as simple as picking the cheapest quote you find. Some providers are built for founders who want everything handled online in minutes. Others are built around a dedicated consultant who answers the phone when something feels off. The right fit depends on whether you're a local founder registering your first company, a foreigner incorporating remotely, or someone who wants incorporation bundled with accounting, work passes, or a nominee director from day one.

We looked at seven of the more established incorporation services operating in Singapore today, based on their published pricing, their process, and what founders actually get for their money. Here's how they compare.

Margin Wheeler is included in this comparison. Information relating to other providers is based on publicly available information at the time of writing.

1. Margin Wheeler

Margin Wheeler has been incorporating companies in Singapore since 2011 and has built its reputation on a simple idea: founders get a named relationship manager, not a chatbot or a ticket queue. We're an ACRA-registered filing agent and hold an MOM Employment Agency licence, and we've been Google-rated as Singapore's best-reviewed corporate services provider since 2020, with over 400 reviews at a 4.9-star average.

Our incorporation service is fully online. You submit your form and KYC documents, e-sign everything, make payment, and we file with ACRA on your behalf. Most companies are incorporated within one to two working days, though foreign directors, shareholders, and beneficial owners go through additional KYC checks. Every client is assigned a dedicated relationship manager for the duration of the process and beyond.

Local incorporation starts at S$600, with our full local package priced at S$800, covering the S$315 ACRA government fee, a full year of corporate secretary service, and unlimited advisory. Foreigner pricing runs S$800 to S$1,000 depending on whether the company has foreign shareholders or directors, with nominee director, custom constitution drafting, and registered address available as add-ons.

2. Swiftly

Swiftly launched in 2020 and is Singapore's first fully automated company incorporation platform. It leans hard into technology: ACRA API integration, MyInfo for local founders, and Sumsub for passport verification if you're incorporating from overseas. It's an ACRA-registered filing agent and MOM-licensed employment agency, with a 4.8-star Google rating from over 100 reviews.

The pitch is speed. Locals log in via Singpass, foreigners verify by uploading a passport, and legal documents are generated automatically for e-signing through Dropbox Sign before being filed directly with ACRA. Swiftly advertises the whole thing taking under five minutes to launch, with typical processing completed within a working day once documents and payment come through.

Basic incorporation costs S$550 (GST-inclusive), covering the ACRA fee, a named company secretary for the first year, and bank account opening facilitation, one of the cheapest entry points on this list. A Premium tier at S$600 adds unlimited Director's Resolutions. Foreigner incorporation starts from S$2,050 and includes a nominee director and a free registered office address, with nominee director tiers ranging from a S$1,500 basic option with a refundable deposit, through a S$1,800 mid tier with the same deposit, up to a S$2,400 executive tier with no deposit required.

3. Osome

Osome runs a digital, chat-based platform covering incorporation, corporate secretary, accounting, and tax across Singapore, Hong Kong, the UK, and the UAE. It's incorporated for more than 30,000 businesses globally and is an ACRA-registered filing agent with an MOM Employment Agency licence.

Everything happens through in-app chat. You submit documents, go through digital KYC, and Osome's team files with ACRA for you. Foreign founders get introduced to banking partners like Airwallex, Aspire, and WorldFirst for a business account, though final approval always rests with the bank, not Osome.

For local founders, incorporation plus first-year secretary runs S$600, with a Full Compliance tier at S$950 adding Annual Return filing and AGM handling. Foreigner packages start from S$2,438 for a Starter tier with a three-month nominee director, rising to S$3,772 for a full 12-month nominee director arrangement. Osome bundles accounting and bookkeeping software into its packages from day one, which suits founders who don't want to manage a separate accountant on top of incorporation.

4. Sleek

Sleek was founded in 2017 and now serves more than 8,000 Singapore businesses as part of a much larger global client base. It holds ACRA Filing Agent, MAS Major Payment Institution, and MOM Employment Agency licences, is ISO 27001-certified, and carries a 4.5-star Google rating.

The process is entirely online: reserve your name with ACRA, e-sign your constitution and shareholder forms through SleekSign, then file via Bizfile+. Locals are typically done in one to three business days, foreigners in three to five, with no travel required either way. Every package includes a free multi-currency Sleek Business Account and a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Local pricing starts at S$700 for a Starter package covering registration, secretary, and Annual Return filing, with Compliance and Full Compliance tiers at S$1,600 and S$2,000 adding bookkeeping, tax filing, and a registered office address. Foreigner packages start at S$2,600 and scale up to S$4,000 for a 12-month nominee director. Sleek's package comparison tables are some of the most detailed and transparent of any provider we looked at, though the nominee director service typically requires being on an accounting-inclusive package, which pushes real costs above the headline figure.

5. InCorp Global

InCorp Global (currently rebranding to Ascentium) operates across eight Asia-Pacific markets, making it one of the more regionally connected options for founders planning to expand beyond Singapore. Beyond incorporation, it covers corporate secretarial, accounting, HR and payroll, immigration, and statutory audit work.

Rather than a self-serve portal, InCorp assigns founders a dedicated incorporation consultant after an enquiry form is submitted. That consultant handles the full ACRA process along with post-incorporation compliance, and can bundle in Employment Pass or EntrePass applications and nominee director arrangements for founders relocating to Singapore.

Pricing isn't published. InCorp quotes on request through its "Get a Quote" tool, which makes upfront comparison harder than with the fully digital platforms on this list. The trade-off is a broader service scope and a large regional team, useful if your incorporation is really step one of a bigger expansion plan rather than a standalone task.

6. Paul Hype Page & Co.

Paul Hype Page & Co. has operated since 2008 and is a full practising member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, as well as a registered Public Accounting Firm with ACRA. It's incorporated more than 2,000 companies across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Hong Kong, and works out of a converted heritage shophouse rather than positioning itself as a purely digital service.

Every client is assigned a dedicated consultant who guides them through incorporation, bank account opening, and, where relevant, Employment Pass or other work pass applications. Foreign founders go through the process remotely, with the consultant handling KYC and nominee director arrangements where needed.

As with InCorp, pricing isn't published on the site. The firm describes its rates as competitive but requires a direct enquiry for a quote. What stands out here is the dual accreditation as both an audit firm and a licensed employment agency, which matters if you know audit or work pass support is coming down the line.

7. 3E Accounting Pte Ltd

3E Accounting has been operating in Singapore since 2011 and is an ACRA-registered Corporate Service Provider and ACCA-approved employer, with incorporation, accounting, tax, HR, and immigration services under one roof. It's also added an AI-powered, paperless registration workflow to its process in recent years.

3E is one of the few providers on this list offering a genuine in-person option: visit its office and it says your company can be set up within two hours. The online route runs through document submission, a name check within 24 hours, e-signing, identity verification, and incorporation, typically completed within about two hours of verification passing.

Local incorporation is priced at S$900 (S$963 with GST), bundled into an all-in local package totalling S$1,200 with a free first-year corporate secretary included. Foreigner packages run considerably higher, from S$5,200 for a founder without relocation up to S$5,700 for an EntrePass route, largely because of a S$2,000-per-year nominee director fee plus a S$2,000 refundable deposit. 3E's fee schedule is the most granular and fully itemised of any provider here, which makes it easy to see exactly what you're paying for, even if the foreign-founder total lands higher than the digital-first competitors.

Which Incorporation Service Should You Choose?

If price and turnaround matter most and you're a local founder with a straightforward structure, Swiftly and Osome sit at the more affordable end. If you're a foreign founder who wants nominee director, registered address, and accounting bundled together without chasing multiple vendors, Sleek and Osome package that clearly, at a real cost. If you'd rather work with someone who knows your file by name instead of routing you through a chat queue, Margin Wheeler and Paul Hype Page & Co. lean into that relationship-first model. And if your incorporation is one piece of a wider regional or work-pass strategy, InCorp Global's breadth across Asia-Pacific markets is worth the enquiry call even without published pricing.

There's no single best incorporation service in Singapore for every founder. There's a best fit for what you're trying to do, how hands-on you want the process to be, and how much you're prepared to pay upfront versus over the following year. Whether you're a local entrepreneur or a foreign founder, we'd be happy to recommend the most suitable incorporation option based on your requirements and budget, including for foreign founders who need a nominee director or a compliant registered address sorted before the company is even live.
