Corporate Secretary

Full-Time | Temporary | Contract

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive corporate secretarial services to clients, including company incorporation, branch registration, compliance with regulatory requirements, and ACRA e-filings.

  • Prepare directors/shareholders resolutions, statutory forms, and other related documents for ongoing corporate secretarial matters, bank account opening, and change of signatories.

  • Assist in KYC checks and onboarding of new clients, as well as coordinate with auditors, accountants, and other third parties.

  • Maintain statutory registers and records, including the Register of Controllers and Register of Nominee Directors.

  • Handle other corporate and ad-hoc tasks as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in relevant field such as Business Administration, Business Management, or Law.

  • Willingness to serve as a named secretary for clients.

  • ICSA qualification or currently pursuing SAICSA course (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Prior experience in corporate secretarial firms.

  • Familiarity with relevant provisions of the Singapore Companies Act is a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and meticulously under tight deadlines.
