Corporate Secretary
Full-Time | Temporary | Contract
Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive corporate secretarial services to clients, including company incorporation, branch registration, compliance with regulatory requirements, and ACRA e-filings.

Prepare directors/shareholders resolutions, statutory forms, and other related documents for ongoing corporate secretarial matters, bank Accounts opening, and change of signatories.

Assist in KYC checks and onboarding of new clients, as well as coordinate with auditors, Accountsants, and other third parties.

Maintain statutory registers and records, including the Register of Controllers and Register of Nominee Directors.

Handle other corporate and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements:

Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in relevant field such as Business Administration, Business Management, or Law.

Willingness to serve as a named secretary for clients.

ICSA qualification or currently pursuing SAICSA course (preferred but not mandatory).

Prior experience in corporate secretarial firms.

Familiarity with relevant provisions of the Singapore Companies Act is a plus.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and meticulously under tight deadlines.
